I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled should that occur.

The following terms may vary slightly based on each commission.

Payments will be done through PayPal invoice using USD.

Payment is due in full upfront.

A rush fee will be enforced for tight deadlines. Price will vary based on time.

If a character reference image is not provided a design fee will be enforced.

Based on the complexity of the commission, the fees listed in the Commission Info page will vary.

Be clear and concise when sending me a commission email.

Provide clear character/subject references.

Please maintain a professional air throughout the commission process.

Respond in a timely fashion.

If any character information or references are not sent to me resulting in your commission not being fully satisfied, that will be your responsibility.

Please read through my ToS and Commission Information carefully.

All starting commissions will be A5 size (148 × 210 mm; 5.8 × 8.3 in) and 300dpi. Full Illustrations can be requested at a different size - this may come at an additional charge.

I will send a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one free complete revision at this stage.

If applicable I will show WIPs throughout the commission process - these will be watermarked at a lower resolution

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

I will always do my best to complete your commission in a timely manner, but understand that life can get in the way. Should any problems on my end arise, I will notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed.

One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.

There are a limited amount of minor revisions during the coloring stage that are covered in the commission price.

Should there be an excess number of minor revisions that halt the commission process, there will be an additional charge.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

Additional major revisions will result in an additional fee. Please be sure to voice your concern during the sketch phase.

It is up to my discretion as to what is considered a major or minor revision.

As the artist, I retain the rights over any commissioned works. i.e. I can use them in my portfolio.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media(s).

I reserve the right to stream, record, and/or upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for your personal use.

You must credit and link back/tag me when sharing your commissioned work.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on social media while clearly crediting me.

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove my watermark or signature.

Paint over or alter the artwork in ways not covered in the sections above.

Use the commissioned piece in any technologies related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work done.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
